We are thrilled to announce the successful restoration of the historic West Block in Canberra! Originally opened in 1927, this iconic building has been a cornerstone of Australia’s history, and we are proud to have played a part in preserving its legacy. 

Our team at Oceana Property Partners, alongside a dedicated group of experts in commercial design, energy efficiency, and project management, has worked tirelessly to upgrade West Block to meet modern standards while maintaining its heritage charm. The building now boasts over 8,000 square meters of A-Grade office space and is set to accommodate around 600 Australian Public Service staff. 

A key highlight of this project is our commitment to sustainability. We are proud to share that West Block is on track to achieve a 5 Star NABERS Energy rating, reflecting our dedication to energy efficiency and the goal of net zero emissions in government operations.
